Size Measurement Guide
Barefoot shoes fit differently from conventional shoes: the toe box is wider and the sole has no raised heel. Measure your foot rather than guessing from your usual size.
How to measure
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Measure late in the day — feet swell.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe (not always the big toe).
- Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Do both feet and use the larger number.
- Add 0.5 cm for toe room. That total is the insole length you need.
Reading the size chart
Every product page lists the insole length for each size. Pick the size whose insole length is closest to your measurement plus 0.5 cm. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
Width
Measure across the widest part of the foot, at the ball. Barefoot shoes are cut wide across the toes, so a wide foot usually does not need to size up — only the length matters.
